Eligible Refunds
- Service not delivered within the agreed timeframe with no communication
- Work delivered does not match the written project scope
- Technical fault on our part that cannot be resolved within 7 days
Non-Refundable
- Work already completed and approved by the client
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Third-party costs (hosting, domain, premium plugins)
- Rush service fees
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@smartersweb.com with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via PayPal.
